Chade-Meng Tan is Google's Jolly Good Fellow (which nobody can deny). As certainly one of Google's earliest engineers, Meng helped build Google's first mobile search service and headed the team that monitored Google's search quality. Following a successful eight-year stint in engineering and a couple years as GoogleEDU's head of non-public growth, he currently serves with Google's talent team.
